Ca’ Rugate Soave San Michele (Veneto) Fans of Bella Sera Pinot Grigio will find this Italian white to be a new favorite Made from 100% Garganega grapes and straw-yellow in color, the bouquet is delicate and intense showing scents of wildflowers, chamomile and iris. With hints of almond and a pleasant texture, this wine is ideal as an aperitif or to serve with hors d’oeuvres and white meats.
Pozzi Sicilia Bianco (Sicily) Made from the blending of two typical Sicilian grapes, Grecanico and Inzolia, this wine matures in large oak casks. The color is pale straw and the perfume is delicate and fruity. The taste is pleasantly soft and round, with a fresh aftertaste. It's ideal with fish, white meats and mild flavored dishes. Villa Lanata Dolcetto d’Alba (Piedmont)
Merlot lovers will be very comfortable with this smooth, easy-drinking red from Italy. Ruby red with violet hues. Distinctive, attractive, intense, fruity and flowery aromas. Dry, with a pleasantly bitter note and moderate acidity. This is a versatile wine that goes well with any dish throughout the meal.
Rocca dei Morri Salice Salentino (Puglia)
This is a modern-style Salice exhibiting excellent black fruit, black raspberries and berries and earthy tones. Chewy, rustic, dense and mouth filling with good purity, this is a great value! 80% Negroamaro, 20% Malvasia Nero.
Mantellassi Morellino di Scansano (Tuscany)
This is a great wine for Chianti Classico lovers, especially Ruffino. Light brick-colored wine with bright cherry flavors and aromas of tobacco and raspberry. This wine has enough structure and acidity to stand up to tomato-based sauces and fresh summer vegetables. You will be proud to serve this wine to friends and family.
